2024 Awards Gala

Dear Esteemed Chamber Member,

It is with great pleasure that the Springtown Area Chamber of Commerce extends an invitation to our Annual Awards Gala, a splendid occasion dedicated to recognizing the exceptional achievements of our local businesses, citizens, and organizations! Please earmark Friday, March 1, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., for this year's event at the enchanting Covered Bridge Venue, located at 2250 Agnes Circle, Springtown, Texas.
 
It is with great honor that we extend a warm welcome to Brooklynn Hatton, who will be serving as our emcee. Anticipation is high for a culinary delight crafted by Chef Trent Shaw of Corn Fed Catering.
 
Embracing the theme “Run for the Roses Kentucky Derby,” this year's gala promises an evening of celebration, highlighting the positive impact of various businesses, organizations, and individuals of our community throughout the past year.
 
Tickets for the Annual Awards Banquet are available for purchase online, at the Chamber office, or during the upcoming monthly luncheon. Secure your seat for $55 per person, or a table for ten guests for $550 adhering to the dress code of After 5 Cocktail or Business Professional. Ladies don't forget your BIG HAT, and gentlemen, don’t forget your BOWTIE.
 
Don't miss the excitement of the Silent Auction, a highly anticipated and enjoyable aspect of the evening. If you wish to contribute an item, kindly inform us, and we'll arrange for convenient pickup or drop-off at the Chamber office.
