2025 BBQ Cook-Off Registration

Join us for the 26th Annual Wild West Festival State Championship BBQ Cook-Off on Saturday, September 20 in the heart of Springtown! Pitmasters from near and far will be serving up their best smoked meats, tangy sauces, and secret recipes in a sizzling showdown of flavor. Whether you’re a fan of brisket, ribs, chicken, or all of the above, this is your chance to sample some of the best barbecue around, cheer on your favorite teams, and soak in the smoky, savory aroma that makes Texas barbecue legendary.
 
Come hungry, bring your friends and family, and enjoy a full day of food, fun, and Wild West tradition!

Entries for the cook-off are being accepted. The entry fee is $200. This contest is part of the Parker County Triple Crown and features $10,000 in guaranteed prizes. 

Categories include chicken, pork, pork ribs, and brisket.
